What's shared

• Activity dashboard — today's kicks, weekly trends, hourly charts, and activity-by-time-of-day breakdowns.
• Appointment summaries — share a specific appointment including questions, answers, advice, and activity stats.

What stays private

Your diary entries, wellbeing check-ins, and personal notes are never included in shared activity links. Appointment shares only include the data you see in the appointment summary.

You're in control

• Create and revoke share links at any time.
• Each link uses a unique secure token — it can't be guessed.
• Revoking a link immediately removes all access.
